Another topic: Now here's an idea about Sibelius 7 that would be so easy to implement!
When one sets up a score in the Document Layout, there's a pull-down menu for selecting paper size: "US Letter, A4, Octavo, Concert, etc.". Add a template for "Avid Scorch for iPad" as one of those choices, at the top of the list.
And for good measure, under the File tab, under Export, add "Avid Scorch for iPad" as one of the export options. Don't hide it under "save as a different Sibelius format" either. Make it obvious, and give it its own icon, something that's not the same as all the other purple icons.
I think that the key to the success of Avid Scorch is going to be filling up that new online score store with content, and to do that, you're going to have to "recruit" all the Sibelius users of the world to start cranking out scores specifically for Avid Scorch for iPad.
The more public domain classics you can get up there, for instance, the better. That would be a good start.
