Default Re: 2 mono split - to 1 stereo file

if you just want to combine the split tracks:
Create a new stereo audio track, line the files up on two adjacent mono audio tracks and then you can make a selection across both tracks (Shift+click with the grabber tool on the two regions) and drag them onto the stereo track at the same time. Then you should be able to mix and bounce as if it were origionally one stereo file.

If you have to do a lot of this kind of stuff, search the reference guide for "Export Regions as Files". Export Regions as Files can be used as a quick way to just combine split stereo/ multiple mono files when you don't need to mix or edit.
