Source Connect Tech Support is NOT helpful... Super frustrating... Apparently I need to enable Port Forwarding on my router. Loooong call with Comcast/Xfinity, back to Source Connect, will NOT call unless I buy support... This is for the trial version. SUPER frustrating...
