Default itunes stops randomly

Hi folks.

I'm running an mbox on XP home edition. When protools is off, the mbox serves as my main audio output, primarily for itunes. My internal PCI soundcard is disabled.

My problem is that itunes randomly stops playing, or is interupted, on a regular basis. It usually happens when I'm online, so I'm quite sure that my wireless connection is interfering with the mbox, as it would during a protools session (6086 errors or 9094 errors). Nothing crashes, but in order to play itunes again, I have to press the play button twice. VERY annoying.

So... my questions are:

Am I correct in assuming that the wireless is what is stopping my itunes? Where in the hardware, exactly, does this conflict occur?

If not, what else could be interfering?
How do I fix it!?

Thanks a million.
Adam
