Try setting your MTRX studio to 1ms, purely as a test. I’m running 1000us and 10ms on DVS with no latency issues at all.
Though it seems like your setup might be having some bigger issues than just Dante latency. Swapping that Belkin USB adapter out is something I would really try, even if it is just to rule it out as the cause of your headaches.
