Upon further googling it is safe to say, taht the optimal version of PT for Mojave is 2019.5

So i would just like to know, if i upgrade my plan (reinstatement) form a 3rd party vendor form 12.8.2. i now own, would i be able to get all the incremental updated from 12.8.2. to 2020.11? or just the later?
worked in the past, not sure if Avid change the game here also...
