Well there lies my problem. I know for sure which email I have used to create my account, but do not have the order number any longer. I also do not remember which credit card I used when I placed the order, all of those have been changed many times since. But when I kindly ask them to reset my password, there is no reply. Stunned.

Also, when I try their promo codes page to try to get a new order number for a small fee, I get an error message. Their system is just effed.
