Re: Cannot activate PT11, old license missing
I try to use either the full bundle or just 11 for the surrender/upgrade. I get the same error message in either case.
With regards to the actual software on my laptop, I've downloaded PT 11.3.2 from the 'My Products' page in my Avid account.
When I try to open it, it wants a code activated from iLok and then says the licence isn't available because one or more licences have to be surrendered; and of course, when I go into my iLok manager I get that same error message, "One or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account."
