It will probably work, but definitely unsupported. It would be a good idea to do a full backup before attempting in case something goes wrong. Although I was able to roll back from Win 11 to Win 10 when I initially was testing one of the Insider Preview builds.
I don't know of anyone who's tried PT 11 on Win 11.
I'm running 2021.7 here on Windows 11 without issue. The upgrade to Win 11 was pretty painless (TPM, GPT, SecureBoot requirements asside). All my programs work the same as they did before the upgrade.
