Licenses are your most valuable assets, if you report a broken key and send the broken key for them for restoration they would re-deposit the licenses to your account where you could activate them to another key. The key itself is cheap. You can buy another from ilok.com or almost any other store. The version three key is much more sturdy than version two, also smaller in size. I have heard the version three can also be bought as USB-C version if your computer has those.
