PT 11.3 - What is the latest VS of Win 10 this can run on?

Looks like Win 10 1909 is not supported anymore, looking to jump to Win102004 or newer - curious if there's a thread showing non supported OS and PT versions that actually work together !! Yea I know about the compatibility charts yet where is the real world one?
