Oh and to be OT. The reasons I'd consider HD|N.
More I/O. Up to 64 channels.
HD software and the extra bits it includes.
Ability to use Avid's new interfaces.
Super low latency with Avid's new interfaces.
That's about it. So far I'm happy with my metric halo interfaces and can get by with the 32 channels of I/O.
