Short answer: Yes. Long explanation:

The "Officially supported by AVID" chart is really only a small part of the story! When AVID releases a version (like your 2019.6) they test/approve on the current Windows version. This does NOT mean to say, however, that other Windows versions will NOT work - only that AVID didn't officially test on other versions. Windows 10 "build versions" do not break Pro Tools functionality. Ditto for Windows 11. Take all Windows updates, and use Windows 11 if desired. It's always a good idea to create a boot-drive image (Macrium Reflect free or similar) before making changes to a working system. Pro Tools versions that work on Windows 10 ALSO work on 11. Device drivers that work on Windows 10 ALSO work on 11. Windows 11 does not "break" Pro Tools. Correct me if I'm wrong!
