[DC-Choppah]

I upgraded to a Tascam US 16x08 interface, and it works fine with my Windows 10 / Protools 11 System.

Except when I get a session that is in a different sample rate. Then when I open the session and hit play, Protools says ' Can't initialize device US-16x08 ...'

So as long as I only use sessions at 48k, then I am fine. But when I go to open a 44.1k session I get the error, and I am stuck there.

But the solution is if I start a new blank session at 44.1k, and the close it and open the session it is fine.

But now when I go back to opening the 48k session, we start all over again with the error message and I have to start a blank session at 48k.


Please help, I have looked through the DUC and don't see a resolution, but I did find this work around.

Is there a solution to this?
