Re: PT 12 licence disappeared
Unfortunately iLok licenses have been known to go missing when the license manager auto-syncs at startup. You can try resyncing the iLok, refreshing licenses, moving all the licenses off and putting them back on the iLok. In the end, if you can’t find your license in your account you’ll have to create a support case with iLok and Avid to find your license and get it back.
