Hi,
I'm still confused as to whether this is just one audio file or whether it's happening on different audio files! if its just the one audio files and you're already tried exporting the audio file as a new audio region and importing that into a new session, then the only thing to do would be to recording that region to another recorder/computer via the analogue outs and then import that new audio file into a new session! now that's a fresh start!!
