Do you have the latest version of Omnisphere installed?
Have you contacted Spectrasonics to see if they might have come across this and have a fix?
Can you post a Sandra report as well as going through the Help Us Help You and General Troubleshooting threads and let us know if you've done any of the troubleshooting steps there?
Lastly, generate and post a plug-in version list using the Tech Support utility referenced in the General Troubleshooting thread.
