Can't Access Account
Hi,
I have just updated my Macbook Pro as I saw Protools now Supports Big Sur. However, when I go to download the compatible version I can't login. It wouldn't let me reset my password saying to check my email address... After getting nowhere, checking spam etc and out of pure frustration I tried to create a new account with the same email, this however worked....
I now don't have access to my Perpetual licence and plugins to download onto my updated mac.
