Re: Newbie can\'t install.... blue screen then crash!!
We need more information, a start would be to, Right click "My computer" in the start menu.
Select the Advanced Tab
Click the "settings" button in the Startup and Recovery dialog.
Under "system Failure"... UNCHECK the "automatically restart" button.
Now.... the "Blue screen of death" ....
write down what it's saying, and post it here.
is it a VXD error ? a driver error, listing the driver ??
Also... do a search in here for "DEP Fix"
