I'm sure there are other forums that discuss Pro Tools, but why would you want to go there when you already have attention here?
All we're asking for is the necessary information to properly troubleshoot your system. Without that information, it's nearly impossible to help you fix the problem. Any other forum is going to need the same info, so going elsewhere probably isn't going to help your situation much.
