There's a couple of ways to go about this, here's one approach.
*Click Track
*Expand Tempo Editor (Res: Follow Metronome Click Dens: Quaver or Semiquaver)
*Set Tempo Crotchet Equals
*Pencil Tool (Line)
*Click hold draw (accel. & rall.)
