Does anyone know what on earth is happening with Avid's appalling support (at least here in the UK that is)?
The phone is prompting to go online, I've got the ASC number and going to the online page below:

Is not letting me submit the number.
All I am trying to do is submit the TOO for the Avid 9 HD that I sold to another member of DUC.
Any ideas anyone?
