How may tracks at a time are you doing? What resolution?, and what plugins?

I've a 2x3.0 GHz Clovertown, HD|N and in a couple of days a 8x8x8.. For drums I usually record 10-14 tracks at a go at 32 samples, (24/48). If I can do this, (for now), I will be satisfied. Though I will expect to do more with it than I could my 003..
