Download wont start from My Products link
Ive been away from Pro Tools for over 3 years now. I was on the subscription when it first came out, but prior to that I had bought perpetual licenses starting with PT 8 all the way up to Pro Tools 12. I have a link in my products page under my account for Pro Tools 12.4. When I click on it, it doesnt do anything. If I click on manual link, it opens right up. Why can't I download 12.4, or any other version for that matter?
