I used the official Microsoft method to upgrade my unsupported PC (HP Z820) to Windows 11. You can bypass the check for TPM2.0 and CPU, but you will need TPM 1.2 and the other requirements like enough hard drive space, ram, secure boot, etc...
If you want to try it yourself it's pretty easy, but there are always risks when you modify the registry. Proceed only if you accept those risks! Create a FULL backup ON ANOTHER DRIVE before you try this.

Couple points:
Make sure you install ALL Windows 10 updates before doing this, otherwise you won't find the
MoSetup folder in your registry.
Backup
EVERYTHING before you begin (unless you really like to take risks)
Unplug your iLok before installing.
There is another way to do this where you don't need TPM at all, but it's not approved by MS. So, you'll have to find that yourself at Tom's Hardware.
