For me, Office365 is a waste of money....

Instead I purchased today a usb3.0 1Tb Seagate Backup Plus Slim Portable Storage, includes 2-years 200GB of CloudStorage... OneDrive/Seagate Dashboard/Lyve.

problem was storage, storage solved.

I have a Toshiba 1Tb usb3.0, I like the Toshiba drive better, white led is in the center, Seagate led is Left or Right depending on viewing angle.

Left LED are strange.
White is when drive is at USB2.0,
Blue when is at Superspeed USB3.0

Toshiba is very reliable, has fallen, stepped on, not hard but enough to worry, still works.
Hope the Seagate performs as good.
Apache has had Open Office for quite a few years now . I used it for quite awhile for both word docs and spreadsheets. When I finally got Office, it was a whole different ballgame, FAR more powerful. Not everything transposed either when opening an .ods (open office) with Excel for instance. I ended up with a bunch of spread sheets with ##### in place of dollar amounts in a lot of cases. Pretty frustrating.

Getting a dock and using bare drives for straight session backup purposes is the most cost effective and easiest way to go. Dock stays setup and just swap drives in and out as I want them. WD and HGST (Hitachi) are the only drives I will buy. Seagates are about the bottom of my list anymore, had far to many failures with them.
