Fader 5 in my case, but it now seems to be intermittent.
Just seeing if there was a possible driver or firmware issue or something else that may have been a problem (that I'm now running into).
And 'yes', surely I'll reach out and get it swapped if it reoccurs. It first happened today so I'll see if it persists tomorrow/Friday.
