You will have to contact customer support.
I'm curious as to why iLok would issue a RMA over a stolen iLok.. a broken one perhaps, but a stolen one? I'm not saying that they don't, just that it seems unusual to me..
Sorry about your loss though, hope you get everything back. Also, if you haven't done so yet, get your iLoks and the licenses covered by insurance.
