Mac - Keyboard Maestro
This can be used to create custom shortcuts, but it will also
disable PT shortcuts.
Here's a macro which disables N.
No actions are programmed, so nothing happens when "N" is pressed.
PROBLEM
Typing "n" in Pro Tools e.g. renaming a clip does not work. Shift+n still works.
Here's another macro which will type "n" when ctrl+alt+cmd+n is pressed.
I'm not an expert in
Keyboard Maestro, so there may be better ways of doing this.
