Default Annual Upgrade Plan Activation problem.

Hi there,
I opened a support ticket a few days ago but have not heard back at all as yet. I understand it's a busy time of year, but I really need to get this sorted, hence this post.
I cannot seem to find a way to give Avid my activation code for my annual upgrade plan renewal.
1) I purchased an annual upgrade plan card from an authorised third party reseller.
2) I go to here: https://my.avid.com/products/redemption and input the authorisation code as requested.
3) I click on activate product.
4) A green box appears at the top of the screen: 'Please enter the Renewal Code listed here in the “Renew Support” Option of your Perpetual Product located in the Products and Subscriptions page.'
5) I go to the products and subscriptions page and cannot find a renew support option anywhere. I've gone through all the drop down products. and tried clicking on everything on the page to see if it's hidden anywhere.
6) I come here and respectfully ask the community for some help.
