I have a used but in great condition Digidesign Sync HD. My understanding is that it is pretty much the same as the current purple and grey Avid Sync HD model (which retails for over $2000).
This is the HD version that works with tri-level sync and currently works with Pro Tools 10 & 11 (maybe even 12), not the lesser Sync I/O.
The unit is used but other than some marks on the rack mount holes it is in really good cosmetic shape. It even has the protective film on the digital readout.
