The bottom line is that I need to get an RMA to get a new iLok and get this one fixed? Will iLok ensure that all of my licenses are on one good working iLok? Sorry for my inexperience with iLok issues.
I just want my broken iLok (which has Pro Tools HD 10.2) to work with my new Mbox3 (which has its own iLok with Pro Tools 9.6).
At the end of the day, I should be running Pro Tools HD 10.2 with my MBox3 on one functioning iLok. :)
