Default longest ODI cable?
What is the longest ODI cable run that works to/from an ADAT bridge, and how effective are female to female cable extenders? I want to make a 30 foot cable run, and then I want to put a female/female extender and run another 10 feet to my destination. Where can I find switchers and signal boosters, if any, for ODI and/or Toslink cables?

I've seen 30 and even 75 footers on ebay, but do they work for an 8 channel ADAT litepipe?
