Avid Support
Does anyone know how to:
A) Get any kind of support from Avid.
B) Pay for a support plan
In my account, there is a link named "Avid Advantage support plans". There are a few options, but no way to actually purchase a plan.
If I click "Sign in to the Support Portal", I am taken to a page I can submit for support, but the process is terrible - I went through this a few weeks ago without success.
Even in this portal, there is no way to purchase support.
