I don't use Avid Cloud Services, so I uninstall it immediately.

Avid Link 2022.5.1 showed me some Updates I needed - like 18.8 versions of Pro Limiter, Tape Echo, Studio Reverb, Tel-Ray Variable Delay and Eleven Effects.

These may have been available in an earlier version of Link, but I didn't have them.

From now on I'll install Avid Link - definitely opt for the "Manual" install instead of "Install All" - update what I need, then uninstall Avid Link in Windows "Programs and Features", then uninstall Avid Link in Program Files>Avid, then run CCleaner and CCleaner Registry/restart computer.

It's a handy App - you can also see what you need then uninstall it and download your update/s from your Avid Master Account>My Products.
