Sorry, I missed the right+click > Reset instruction. So that actually solved a bunch of issues. For one I didn't have the "send email invitation" button before, it wasn't even there. A reset made that show up, and now searching does appear to return a continuously scrolling list of results.
I'm still having some issues though that those steps haven't solved. I don't see any messages, it just shows "Looking for messages..." forever. I notice too that unless I right click > reset in the messages window, I don't see the create new message icon. When I do reset it, the icon appears for a few seconds but then disappears again.
Same hangup with the projects window "Looking for Pro Tools Projects..."
