Thank you to you both!

I couldn't start a support code/ticket as I have no working version of protools, no system ID etc. Hence posting here. I tried to explain that, but obviously failed.

I'll buy this upgrade straight from Avid instead. Then at least I can contact support through my new license if I need to.
