No worries, it is just the HD licenses and Avid have never allowed sales of HD licenses unless the came from a PT11+CPTK 2 upgrade but you can use the TOO form and see if you can sell anyway. However in order for the new owner to be able to register and get updates and upgrades the license needs to be transfered to new owner and OK'd by Avid
