Using Artist Control, it boots up fine, even displays the correct application name and computer name in the upper left of the touchscreen BUT when i go into Pro Tools, it doesn't seem to recognize the session itself. The touch keys are all there for the various functions, but they don't work when pressed and the faders stay down.

Yes, EUCON is enabled and I've reinstalled EUCONTROL and gone thru the install process a couple of times and still getting the same result.

Any help would be amazing since there's a towering $60 brick wall in front of AVID tech support. Crazy frustrating.
