The Music Toolkit will have no bearing on upgrades or what you can upgrade to.

Are you trying to upgrade to HD12 or regular 12? People who had the Complete Toolkit and PT10/11 can upgrade to HD12, but the Music Toolkit does not qualify.

If you're just trying to upgrade to regular 12, the Music Toolkit will have no relevance to that.

Can you be more specific about what you're trying to do and what you're trying to upgrade to?
