Default cannot connect to server

I have been having this problem for some weeks now. Every time I try to make a new project it tells me that "there was an error posting the project". Even when I sometime try to save existing projects it says that it could not upload.

I have uninstalled and then re-installed everything from the ILok app, AVID Cloud app and even PT 1st itself but nothing seems to work. I have used the troubleshooting thing but it does not detect anything.

Another thing, when I log on to my account on the AVID website it says that I have 3 projects going when I only have 1. So when I open my PT 1st it says that i only have 1 project, which I have, but when i log on to the website it says that I have 3.

What should I do? anybody got the same problems? it seems like it has problems connecting to the server but how do I fix that?

PS. I’m not that good with computers.
