Exclamation Pro Tools doesn't see your perpetual license after updating?

Check the Release Limit date for your license in iLok License Manager.
  1. Launch iLok License Manager and Sign In
  2. Right click on your perpetual Pro Tools license and select Show Details
  3. Look at the last row in Details that should read "Versions released on or before..." to see your license's Release Limit date
- If the release date of your installed PT version is after the Release Date of your license, then that version of PT will not run.

- The Release Limit date should match the expiration of your Upgrade Plan (in my.avid.com/products). If it doesn't then Avid CS will need to fix the license so please Create A Case to provide your info including System ID.
