Oh no, this happened to me with a 96io. Rendered it useless.
Are you in the UK?
There's an avid approved repairer called Lee Engineering in the north who may be able to fix it for you.
Otherwise I believe it goes to avid in Ireland to get fixed.
It is fixable but not sure how easily.
