all track are already grouped as one. You can activate them being linked in unison by going to the bottom left hand corner in the groups box, you will see an "all" button with a small circle next to it(either black, white, or with a small dot in it), click the circle, now you have activated the "all group", so if you are killing your headroom and want you mix to be the exact same just quieter, this is not a bad idea...
