I've used the XKeys professional pad for years. Superb piece of kit, massively speeds up workflow.
Map your Quickeys shortcuts to the pad, get a dymo label printer and name your shortcuts.
The tops of the keys are removable so you can label them.
XKeys make their own shortcut software too, but I didn't find it as good as QK's, it may have improved though.
You can map shortcuts to your own keyboard too with Quickeys.
The setup is a bit of a learning curve, Quickeys is a bit idiosyncratic and you have to program all the key combinations you want to use into the XKeys pad, but it pays off.
