So, previously I faced an issue where 12.8.1 & 12.8.2 would crash whenever I try to quit the app (related thread here:
http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=393327). This turned out to be caused somehow by Guitar Rig 5 and fixable by reinstalling it completely whenever I update PT (a real pain, but at least there's a fix).
Now, however, the app has started
freezing every time I try and quit, meaning I need to Force Quit it before it ever closes.
Is anyone else seeing this? I've not been able to trace a specific root cause, nor identify exactly when it started happening - possibly when I installed 12.8.2R2, but I'm not certain.
