Here's the best way and safest... you won't bring over any of your mix or automation stuff, if you need that..
In Nuendo, bounce the tracks you want to bring over to PT. This will create a new solid file of all the regions you want to take. Have each track start at zero. Name your tracks really well, like "songname_trackname_takeXXX". Then, just dump the audio folders and take them with you. Then, in PT, just drop the files into your PT session and make sure they all line up at 0 (or whatever offset you want).
I've found going between Nuendo and PT via built in imports and exports is a pretty good way to destroy your data!
