I have the 824's and the berringer dual 31 band w/ pink noise/analyzer and I have actually dialed the speakers in after much effort. Any speakers alone will Not cut a mix intended to tell you what it will actually sound like after you burn it to CD and carry it to your car and really listen to it on several other systems. Acoustics is a major science and I doubt many of us have the $$ to create a perfect acoustic enviornment...Good luck....JT
