Hi Andy, I am still on Mojave but experienced a similar issue. I deleted the video file from my external drive and moved it in my system drive. when relinking the PT track reads the file is online but the video window shows MEDIA OFFLINE. I also checked the permissions on PT, they all are on Record. did you find a workaround? thanks...
