Drive not seen in 2019.12, seen with 2019.6
I have one drive that 2019.12 won't see or mount yet if I use an older version of protools 2019.6 it sees the drive just fine.
Drive in question mounts just fine on the mac desktop and is 100% accessible.
I've checked the drive with disk warrior and it's perfectly optimized accoring to DW.
I've been in contact with AVID tech support ( I have an active support plane and don't want to upgrade just yet!) And avid aren't of any help!
I can post all the solutions AVID have suggested but in the end none work!
So what would explain 2019.6 seeing the missing drive without a single glitch yet 2019.12 wont even see it ?!
I'm on Mojave
Macpro late 2013 3.5 Ghz
64 gigs ram
Also note I have a 2nd machine macmini 2018 same OS. and the drive is seen without an issue in both 2019.12 and 2019.6
I'm using an external bay drive enclosure via a Lacie Esata hub.
The bay drive also has USB 3 on it and have tried connecting via that and same issue. Very odd.
Also this started happening in the last month. Wasn't an issue before.
